Santa is Almost Here!

Thank you for coming to our Pictures with Santa Food Drive

Here’s some things you need to know for the day of the event:

• CANCEL your appointment ASAP if you find out you can't make it. You’ll find the link in your confirmation email that you received when you made the appointment. There are other people who didn't get an appointment that would love to attend.
  
• SICK? Feeling off? Please, cancel your appointment and stay home.  Santa is a jolly “old” elf, and is susceptible to the effects of C-19, flu, etc.  Let’s keep him around for another year.
• Oroville Masonic Lodge is our host this year.  See photo at right for location info.
• Please Follow Directions of volunteers and photo staff, keep control of children at all times, and respect this historic building and it’s furnishings.
• NO Food or Drinks inside the building, please (water is okay).
• Make Your Donations street side with one of our volunteers, then…
• Receive Your Discount Code from one of our volunteers (one for each donation of 15 food items).  Yes, you can donate extra food if you’re feeling very generous.
• Park Your Stroller (if you have one) on the sidewalk. One of our volunteers will keep an eye on it.  However, DO NOT leave any valuables in it.
  
• Head Up the Stairs, when prompted, to join the queue. Wait times should be minimal but the experience may take up to one hour (maybe a little more).
• Additional Photos will be taken prior to seeing Santa. There’s two “mini-session” sets, one set for families and one for the kids (see the samples). Join in the fun!
• After Visiting Santa, please make your exit safely, the same way you came in, and have a safe evening.

After the event:

• Your Image Gallery will be ready to view within 24 hours.  You'll be notified by text/email to the address you provided when you made your appointment.
• View/Order/Download. Add a favorite (1 image only) to your cart and check out using your discount code.
  
• Repeat the Process for each child in your party and use a unique code for each.
• Download Links will be attached to your order confirmation received via email immediately after checkout is complete. 
• Print Away!  Your JPG Files are full resolution, printable files to do with as you please.
• Buy More Images if you like, there should be plenty.  Your purchase will help fund the costs of this event.
• Purchased Photo Products will take 10-12 working days for delivery and will be sent to you via USPS. Order immediately.

• Thank a Mason for their hospitality and allowing us to use their venue.  We’ve been doing this food drive with Santa for roughly 30 years, and we’re privileged to have them as a partner in this event this year. And...
