COACH INFO for Picture Day:

Gridley Little League - March 15, 2025

Pictures will be taken in either the Rec Center or the Lions Hall. See schedule at right, or download here.

What to do NOW:

1. Read and Communicate all information on THIS PAGE to parents early and often.

ON Picture Day:

1. Please have your players arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time
2. Line your players up in a single final line, in Alphabetical order (by Last Name), please.
3. Players may bring their own bat and/or glove for their photos. Batting gloves and catching gear is okay too.
4. Please arrive with your team AT the location indicated AT or before your scheduled time.
5. Your team need not be complete. Latecomers may join the line when they arrive, or even come later (or earlier) in the schedule..
6. Coaches and players ONLY will be allowed in the building (and buddies for buddy photos).
7. Exception: T-Ball & Challenger teams: ONE (1) parent may accompany their child if needed.
8. All players AND COACHES will be photographed.
9. Team photos are “VIRTUAL” - A composite will be made from each of the player/coach individual photos. Therefore, no group photo will be taken of the team.
10. Please assist the photo staff by:
    • Keeping your teams lined up and orderly at all times.
    • Communicating your player’s names to the photographer
    • Keeping players clear of the background or other camera areas.
11. As soon as a player’s photos are done, they may be released to their parents. Of Course, feel free to keep players together as a team if you prefer.
12. No order form or paperwork is required. Your player’s parents will be notified via text and/or email (using the contact information provided by the GLL board).
13. Reminder: Player/Coach Photos may be taken anytime during the picture day schedule, should someone be late.
14. For absentees, IN-STUDIO make ups may be scheduled for Friday March 21, 2025 in Oroville. Click here to schedule.
